I was inspired by a recent hiking trip which prompted me to create these characters. The biggest challenge during the design process was stepping outside my usual colour pallette and using brighter, warmer colours that represented being out in nature, rather than a digital look and feel.

 

This was designed in Illustrator, animated in After Effects.
